Turkey’s Hayat Group is set to launch the world’s fifth largest baby diaper brand named Molfix in the Vietnamese market. Soonafter completing a $100 million investment in a new facility in Vietnam, the company has announced the second phase of an investment to expand distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), both across the entire region.

Last year, Hayat announced it would invest a total $250 million to develop a factory in Vietnam’s Becamex-Binh Phuoc industrial and urban complex.This facility will eventually become a regional production hub for Southeast Asia providing products to other markets throughout the region. Eventually approximately 40% of the site’s output will be exported to overseas markets like Thailand and Malaysia.
